Installation:

At this point in time there are no automated installers for this dictionary, however the manual installation is very easy:

For Windows XP/Vista:

   Extract the zip file to your local dictionary folder, for OpenOffice.org this can be found here:

     c:\program files\openoffice.org 2.x\share\dict\ooo\

   Inside this folder you will find a file called dictionary.lst, open with notepad and add the following text where the other dictionaries are defined:

     DICT en GB en_GB_med

For Ubuntu/Debian:

   From the commandline unzip gbmedspell and open dictionary.lst for editing:

     sudo unzip gbmedspell_0.01.zip -d /usr/share/myspell/dicts/

     sudo gedit /usr/share/myspell/dicts/dictionary.lst

   Add the following text where the other dictionaries are defined:

     DICT en GB en_GB_med
